Road Race Alternator System Fits:
NOTE: This kit is designed to work with original starter motor.
- All components specifically designed and manufactured for Race Machines.
- Horse power gains of 3-5hp can be expected compared to original generator set-up.
- The 3 phase system produces more power for a smaller size, stator is only 9mm thick but output is greater than 25amps, more than adequate for modern fuel injected race bikes +extras. Note: All factory race kits are single phase, max power about 15amps.
- Rotor is solid machined from alloy steel, typically weighing only 225gms, therefore with such a low rotational inertia throttle response is greatly improved.
- Tested up to 20,000rpm so absolute reliability is assured.
- Total system weight also saves between 2-4kg.
- Power output 25amps, Dimensions OD 92mm, thickness 9mm (plus windings).
- Manufactured in the UK.
In common with other suppliers we are unable to offer warranty for electrical components used for racing.

Thought I'd let you know that the new stator seems to have resolved my charging/electrical issues when racing last weekend at Mallory and the bike ran like a dream so thank you all.
We are all serving Sailors or Marines who race for the love of bikes when not deployed and apart from the support that the Royal Navy and our sponsors are able to provide, it is all self funded using our own personal bikes and equipment. Please pass onto Peter if he is interested and if he would like to get involved and support the team that would be great!
